Fees & Payment
The anaesthesia fee is separate from the dental fee
Our fees are highly competitive with hospitals and other mobile anaesthesia providers.
The fee covers:
- Thorough medical review of your medical records, consultation with your family doctor and medical specialists if required
- Preoperative tests (rarely required)
- General anaesthesia
- Recovery care
- Postoperative pain medication prescription
- Ensuring a responsible adult has clear instructions on required overnight care
- Postoperative pain service
There is a refund available from Medicare

Fortunately, Medicare provides a refund of 20-80% of the anaesthesia fee, but this cannot be claimed until after the procedure, when the duration of anaesthesia is known.
Rebate payments from Medicare are usually received 1 day after being successfully claimed.
Unfortunately, it is quite difficult to find out exactly how much refund you will get, as it depends on:
- how much out of pocket fees you have paid so far this year
- whether you have an eligible concession or Family Tax B status
- the anaesthesia fee
- how long the procedure takes
However, if you would like to know, we can help you with an estimate.
After the procedure, an itemised receipt will be sent to you that contains the information required for you to submit your claim to Medicare for your refund, which can be done easily through the MyGov/Medicare portal, or via an online or hard copy form by post or in person at a Medicare outlet.
Flexible financing

We also offer Humm payment plans to reduce the upfront fee to 20%. Most patients pay off the entire amount after receiving their Medicare rebate the next day.
We work with every patient to achieve the best financial result for the patient and strive to be the most affordable service available. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
